Placing Your Order
Every week we buy food in bulk for sharing between our customers. The markets we go to are Mile 12 for tomatoes, yams etc, Oyingbo for soup ingredients and Ketu for fruits. Because we buy for many people at once for bulk sharing, you get to enjoy wholesale price even when buying small quantities.
Also, we always buy for you at Market price and if things are cheaper, you are the one who gets ALL the savings with so much more quantities. So please ask your friends and families to join you – the more of us buying at once, the better the prices, the more we all save!!!

No, there is no minimum amount. Simply select your desired quantity from the different options we offer.
Yes, you can! For most of our foodstuffs, you can buy half or even quarter portions. Just check the product page for each item to see the available options.
If you need any food item that is not shown on our standard list, just ask us and we will try all our best to get it for you! Note that at the moment, we cannot buy fresh seafood or meat.
Yes, you can, as there is no minimum amount for you to buy. However, if your order is too small, because there is a service fee involved, you may decide it is better to buy in your neighbourhood. For us, it is more than just making a sale once. We want you to get so much value that you keep coming back. However, if you still want to go ahead to place your small order with Iyaloja Direct, you can be sure we are here to deliver the best to you.
No, we only deliver on Fridays. That’s because we collate different orders together to ensure we can buy in bulk and get the lowest possible prices. Though market day and delivery is on Friday every week, the last day to place your order is Wednesday.
We get a large number of weekly orders, and for us to meet up with delivery in time on Friday, we have to buy dry and non-perishable items on Thursday. Due to this, even though market day and delivery is on Friday every week, the last day to place your order is Wednesday.
We currently only offer delivery, as our warehouse is not open to the public.
Unlike others that mark up the prices of the foodstuffs they sell to you, we buy for you at Market price directly from three (3) different markets – Mile 12, Oyingbo, and Ketu markets. Our service fee covers market logistics, alabaru, nylon, bags, our overhead cost and also delivery to your doorstep. If you were going directly to these markets or sending someone to go for you, it would definitely cost you way more! But, at Iyaloja Direct, we are here to save you money, time and stress!.
No, there is no delivery fee. However, a single service fee applies to your order, and this covers market logistics, alabaru, nylon, bags, our overhead cost and also delivery to your doorstep.
We always need a second contact person when you order, who has a totally separate phone number. Because we have had terrible experiences in the past where the customer’s line will be off or they are not picking. If we can’t get across, the logistics guys will have to take the items back and charge a second time to deliver it. When we take the contact details of somebody else who can take delivery on the chance you are unavailable for any reason, it helps to ensure you enjoy a seamless experience with us.

No, we do not offer a pay on delivery option. Your payment validates your order.
