Another Time

A customer placed an order and gave us her address. And as usual we set out to deliver on another Friday. Rider followed the address faithfully on the map, only to arrive at…a ‘solid wall’. No gate, no landmark. Aah, not again! The customer’s number was switched off. No second contact. No one to call again. Our rider was stranded again, moving round in circles  with no way to trace the actual house. Just another wasted journey!

Those experiences taught us a lesson we’ll never forget:

To always request a second contact person with a different number when a customer wants to place an order with us.”

We need this alternative person, who has a totally separate phone number, who can take delivery on the chance you, our customer, is unavailable for any reason. It helps to ensure you enjoy a seamless experience with us.

Because in Lagos, anything can happen. People can get so busy, phone batteries can die, people can be in a noisy environment and won’t know the phone is ringing e.tc.
